The main problem of having multiple online account is having multiple username and passwords to remember. Fortunately, this problem can be solved easily with a password manager. A good example is GcMail Safe. It is intended mainly for email accounts, but there is nothing that stops you from storing passwords for other accounts types. The application's simple design allows you to manage your login credentials without too much effort. Everything can be done on the fly, with just a few clicks.

GcMail Safe is free to try for a limited period of time, but without any functionality restrictions. Its setup file is small and you can install its components in under a minute. Furthermore, you don't have to install any prerequisite tools and you don't need powerful hardware to run the application.

Account login credentials are displayed in a list, on the main user interface. Creating a new entry doesn't involve anything more than filling in a series of input fields on a separate window. If you need a stronger password for your account, you can use the application's built-in password generator, to create long and complex ones instantly.

When you select an account entry on the main interface, the stored username and password will show up beneath the list. Of course, the password is hidden by default, for obvious reasons, but you can reveal it with a single click. Additionally, you can find a URL for your account's login page, if you specified one.

If you need to log into one of your accounts, the options GcMail Safe places at your disposal will make this task faster and easier. Copying and pasting the username and password would be one approach, but a better one is to click and drag a small icon over the login page, to fill in the input fields automatically. You can also find separate icons for the username and for the password, which is useful if the login process involves specifying the username and password on separate pages.

Regardless of how many accounts you have and how complex your passwords are, you can protect the information and keep track of everything in a simple, efficient and convenient manner, thanks to GcMail Safe's straightforward functionality.

Pros

You can store usernames and passwords in a secure database. The software comes with auto-fill functions. GcMail Safe is lightweight and you can have it up and running in no time.

Cons

There are no serious drawbacks to mention.
